GO! Workshops

The Go Workshop is an equipping course that helps Christ followers answer four key questions:

1. Why make disciples?
2. Who to share with?

3. What to say?

4. When to speak?

He said to his disciples, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. 38So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.” Matt 9:37-38

Great Commission Practice

WHY ATTEND?

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

HOW IT WORKS

  • Catch a vision for how God is advancing the Gospel at home and abroad.

  • Learn simple, reproduceable tools that are useful in disciple making.

  • Live your life closer to Jesus and help others to do the same.

Every Christ follower can benefit from this workshop. Parents, kids old enough to write, pastors, elders, seniors & guests are welcome. Any Christ follower that feels uncomfortable sharing their faith. (That’s pretty much all of us). And everyone that wants to grow in their obedience to the Great Commission.

This is a workshop format, which means attendees will do more than simply listen & learn. After we learn a new tool, we will take time to practice and begin teaching others.

WORKSHOP FACILITATORS

PAT & AMY COYLE

Like so many followers of Christ, Pat & Amy Coyle felt convicted to Go Make Disciples, but struggled at times to obey this command. About 10 years ago, some missionary friends showed them a new vision and shared some tools they were using with great effect among unreached people groups overseas. Catching this vision and learning these tools helped Pat & Amy feel better equipped to share their faith here at home. Propelled by His Spirit, the Coyles gradually became more purposeful about making disciples. Facilitating Go Workshops at local churches is one way they obey the Great Commission and help to equip others to do the same.

18 Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. 19 Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations,[a] baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. 20 Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Matt 28:18-20
